REPORT ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE 9TH BUILDING AND PARKING LOT №5

As of August 11, 2021, the following facade works are being carried out:

installation of a hinged ventilated facade from the 1st to the 24th floor – the work is 100% completed.

Sewage and water supply works have been fully completed: water supply, sewage and heating risers. 100% done – work on distribution of heating of the floor in the apartments: from the 3rd to the 24th floor.

Tiling of common areas: from the 3rd to the 24th floor – 100%. Finishing of the walls of public buildings: from the 3rd to the 22nd floors is 100% completed, from the 23rd to the 24th – 50%.

Installation of apartment doors and doors to technical premises – 100% completed.

Installation of heating radiators in the apartments from the 3rd to the 23rd floor is 100% completed.

Electrical installation work: work is being carried out on the lighting of common areas, from the 3rd to the 22nd floor – the work is 100% completed. The work on the laying of power supply inputs in the apartments from the 3rd to the 23rd floor has been completed.

Fire alarm installation works are ongoing: 90% completed.

Installation of elevator equipment is 100% complete. Commissioning works are underway

Connection of external networks: water supply and sewage systems – work is 100% completed.

In the basement, work on the installation of an individual heating point (ITP) and installation of a pumping station was completed.

The arrangement of the roof of the house is 100% completed.

Work on the decoration of the entrance group is 60% completed. Landscaping around 9 buildings – 100% completed. Landscaping of the area around the 9th building is 50% completed.

In parking lot No. 5, the work on the arrangement of the ventilation and smoke removal system is 100% completed. Works on the distribution of electric networks have been completely completed. Arrangement of the parking lot roof is 100% complete. Arrangement of chaff is 100% completed. Marking of parking spaces have been made.
